1. How to Calculate Courier fees? 
We understand that courier fees is an extra cost for online shopper. However when there is a purchase of certain amount, we are giving out FREE DELIVERY for you! Please refer to the chart below:

2. Delivery Policy 
1. The orders only will be processed in daily basis during business day. ( Monday - Friday )
2. The order will be send out on the same day if we receive the payment confirm before 12pm for Malaysia time.
3. Due to technical or resources problem, we might delay the order delivery without prior notice.
4. If customer ordered item is out of stock, we will contact customer before sending out the product.
Else we might refund the amount for customer with notice via email.
5. We have the rights to decide the courier company based on customer location.
6. Please contact the courier company directly if the products are not receiving after the leadtime. ( Skynet or Poslaju )
7. We are not be responsible on resending the products due to given an undelivered address or contact number and causing the products to be rejected.

3. How to Make Payment Advice? 
An order number will be given to customer through email. (eg, #221) 
Click on "Payment Advice" and fill up all the information include the order number given.
Click "Send" to send the payment advice to the admin. Done the payment advice.

4. How to Trace Parcel? 
 1. The parcel tracking number will be email to customer once the order have been deliver. (e.g. : Poslaju - EM 4112 3423 221 MY / Skynet - 201631119001)  
 2. Check the parcel status through the courier website by key in the tracking number into the empty text box. ( Skynet or Poslaju
3. If the parcel is not received after the leadtime, customer is responsible to contact us or courier company for checking the status.
